I like the idea alot!! Maybe you could add some people at the base of the tower. You could also add something in the sky.
I really like this, the black and white is great. I think if you made the tower sparkle somehow is would really pop out and look awesome.
I like Kelsey's suggestion of making it sparkle that would be cool. Maybe you could make the tower taller, or add more of those segment pieces that sort of divide the tower.
